Tutoring Tots Preschool News Tutoring Tots Preschool will soon be accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year. If your child will be the age of 3, 4, or 5 in the next year and you would like them to attend preschool, please give us a call at 995-8932 At Tutoring Tots, we offer various activities and learning opportunities to foster the growth of your child physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially while implementing Christian values. Tutoring Tots Preschool offers 3 different classes. Three year old must be potty trained before they are able to attend. Classes are held in the mornings for the 3 and 4 year olds and the afternoons for the 5 year olds (this class must have a minimum of 6 to be held). PRESCHOOL ROUND UP

We will be holding our Preschool Round Up in April for the 2012-2013 school year. This is held for anyone interested in making application and for new applicants. Information will be posted in the near future.

Themes For Threes

Themes for Threes is a program designed for children who have reached the age of 3 by September 15th. The children will work on socialization skills, writing their names and name recognition. They will also learn their colors and shapes. They also do craft projects, learn songs, exercise, and act out stories. They also learn the days of the week, counting, and dress Mr. Weather bear. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Tuition for Themes for Threes is $75.00 a month.

Fun For Fours

Fun for Fours is a program designed for children who have reached the age of 4 by September 15th. Children will learn to write their alphabet and numbers, along with their name. They do craft projects, learn the Pledge of Allegiance, months of the year, and days of the week. They will also go on field trips. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Tuition for Fun for Fours is $85.00 a month.

Stepping Stones

This is a more advanced program designed for children who will be going to Kindergarten the next year. To enroll in this class they may be 4 or 5 years of age, but it is requested they reach the age of 5 by January 1st of the following year. The same principles are taught in this class as in the Fun for Fours with the addition of more field trips. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Tuition for the Stepping Stones is $95.00 a month.

Classroom Project

We are currently saving the UPC labels from an Our Family product. For every 500 labels that we send in the preschool will received $25.00. A box is placed in the Atrium marked 'UPC Labels' if you would like to participate. Or you can give them to Kathy Peterson or to Joyce in the church office.
